License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the App Store terms.
Subscriptions
Calm Pass is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
Content
Puzzles, artwork, and branding are owned by Popular Puzzle Games and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
